William Grigos is an Associate with the firm and focuses his practice on preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications. Mr. Grigos also has extensive experience in patent portfolio development and management, counseling, due diligence, freedom-to-operate, invalidity and infringement analyses. Mr. Grigos has expertise in a wide variety of technologies, including medical devices, bioinformatics, graphical user interfaces, turbomachinery, welding and plasma cutting systems, semiconductor fabrication, machine learning, software, and telecommunications.

Mr. Grigos began his career in intellectual property at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office working as a Patent Examiner. As a Patent Examiner, he examined applications related to energy generation and alternative energy technology, as well as control systems for regulating energy generation devices. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grigos worked as an associate at intellectual property boutique law firms in the D.C. metro area.
