Nicole R. Kramer, a Partner, has been with the Firm since 2007. Ms. Kramer is a patent attorney with extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of domestic patent applications related to the mechanical arts, with particular emphasis on biomedical devices, touch feedback technology, mechanical devices, and consumer products. Ms. Kramer also assists clients with validity, infringement, and patentability opinions, as well as strategic patent planning, due diligence issues, and freedom-to-operate issues.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kramer worked as a Patent Examiner at the United Stated Patent and Trademark Office, examining patent applications relating to medical devices for and methods of applying electrical stimulation to the body. She also worked as a student associate and then an associate with a Washington, D.C. based intellectual property boutique law firm.
