Brittany M. Winner, Ph.D. is a Technical Specialist with the firm. Dr. Winner focuses her expertise in the areas of molecular and cell biology, pharmacology, toxicology, drug discovery, neuroscience, and pharmaceutical sciences for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Dr. Winner received her Ph.D. in pharmacology and toxicology from Michigan State University, where she studied the role of a deubiquitinating enzyme in influencing susceptibility of distinct dopaminergic neuron populations to oxidative stress in models of Parkinson disease. She received her B.S. in forensic chemistry at Sam Houston State University, where she conducted research into the use of sulfur compounds as antidotes for cyanide intoxication.
