Medler Ferro Woodhouse & Mills, an Intellectual Property boutique law firm, is actively seeking an EE or Computer Science Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join our growing team.

All candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. Masters or Ph.D. degrees are preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience drafting patent applications and assisting with drafting of opinions, as well as performing freedom-to-operate patent searches and literature searches.

The position will work with partners and senior associates of the firm with regard to domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, researching and drafting legal opinions for clients, and patent office litigation matters.

This is a full time in-office position, with the opportunity for hybrid work after six months to qualifying employees.
