Chen Li has been specializing in preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international (PCT) patent applications since 2011. Chen's work has particularly involved electrical, computer, and mechanical technologies, with an emphasis on telecommunications technology for LTE and 5G networks, touch feedback and other user interface technology, fingerprint sensors, social media software, semiconductor manufacturing, and mechanical tools. Chen is also experienced in post-grant proceedings and district court litigation involving USB, LED, and manufacturing equipment technology.

In addition to assisting clients in obtaining U.S. and foreign patents, Chen has also assisted clients with patent portfolio management, and has counseled clients on freedom-to-operate and patentability issues.

Before joining the firm, Chen was an associate at Rothwell, Figg P.C. and at Pillsbury Winthrop LLP. Prior to law school, Chen worked as a patent examiner in the USPTO.
